On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the City of Bra is participating in the international "Night of the Museums" event. For the occasion, Bra's four main museums will be open to everyone free of charge from 9:00 PM to midnight, offering a rich program of guided tours, space observations, and educational workshops.
The cultural offering will involve the entire urban museum system with diverse programs for adults and families.
At Palazzo Traversa (Museum of Archaeology, History, and Art), the event will kick off at 6:00 PM with the ceramics workshop "Creative Aperitif at the Museum: Clay in the Dark," in collaboration with La Scatola Gialla. This sensory experience of tactile modeling will be followed by a convivial aperitif. At the "Craveri" Civic Museum of Natural History, "The Night of the Galaxies" will take center stage with astrophotographer Zeno Foderaro. Visitors will be able to observe celestial bodies outside the Milky Way through special telescopes and visit the photographic exhibition featuring the artist's astronomical shots. At the Toy Museum, guided tours with a workshop dedicated to Spin Art and the Play of Color will be held at 9 and 10 pm; the last guided tour of the evening will be at 11 pm, in this last slot without the workshop. Reservations can be made by email: promozione@comune.bra.cn.it.
At the Zizzola - Casa dei Braidesi, you can visit the spectacular multimedia installation inside the city's iconic monument, located in the panoramic park of Monte Guglielmo.
All admission and activities between 9:00 PM and midnight are free. This initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Bra to showcase the local historical, artistic, and scientific heritage in a striking and unusual way.
