After the summer break, the Bra Toy Museum will reopen on September 7, 2025, and it will do so with a big surprise.
In the room recently converted for temporary exhibitions, an exhibition will be held dedicated to historical toy soldiers, both toy and collectible, and for display.
Pieces will be on display, both from private collections (most courtesy of Paolo Di Marco) and from the museum's own collections, thanks to donations.
Until November 30, toy soldiers from various eras and historic brands will be on display, including the French Querilou, MdM, and Starlux, and the English Britain, Tradition, and Stadden. The famous AIRFIX toy soldiers, playmates of so many children in the 1960s and 1970s, will also be on display.
There will also be display figurines, the result of the careful and precise work of miniaturist artists, a point of contact between hobby and art.
